Egg is one of the most important foods that because it has essential nutritious it is consumed more every day. Egg is a good environment for the growth of microorganisms and play a large role in the transmission of diseases, especially salmonella poisoning. Considering that native egg consumption has increased. The aim of this research is study of Salmonella contamination in native eggs of Jiroft city.
