About 70% of infectious diseases are transmitted through contaminated food that milk and dairy products are a major part of this transfer. Brucellosis is one of the most common diseases in humans and animals. The most important way for transfer it to the humans is milk, dairy products and contaminated animals. The aim of this research is study of the Brucella bacteria in dairy cattle and provide necessary strategies for reducing contamination, producing healthy milk, and increasing the hygiene and community health of humans.
