In this study, a novel SrC r-layered double hydroxide modified with strontium/ chromium metal ions which immobilized on the surface of Cu-metal organic frame work LDH@Cu-MOF nanocomposite was synthesized and exploited for the vortex-assisted dispersive µ- micro solid-phase extraction of methalaxyl, ethion, and dichlorvos before gas chromatography mass spectrometry detection. The sorbent was characterized with fFourier-transform infrared spectroscopy, thermal gravity analysis, Brunauer-Emmett-Teller analysisBET analysis, X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy, and energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy techniques. The influential parameters were optimized, and under optimum conditions, the linearity of 0.03-500 µg Kg-1 for all samples, the detection limit of 0.006-0.009 µg Kg-1, and the quantification limit of 0.020-0.030 µg Kg-1 were achieved. The relative recoveries (%) of 91.390.0-99.82, the intra-day (n=6) and inter-day (5 days, n=3) precisions at ≤2.2 % and ≤2.8 %, were acquired, respectively, which confirmed satisfactory capability, reproducibility, and repeatability. Furthermore, the photocatalytic degradation efficiency of the analytes in maximum wavelength range of 208-216 nm was 74.5 % which confirmed appropriate catalytic activity of SrCr-LDH@Cu-MOF to degradate pesticides wastes.
