Abstract
Constant observers appear in many physical systems. In this paper, the concept of relative information map for relative dynamical systems from the viewpoint of an observer is considered. The properties of this map are invesigated. Also, it is proved that, this map is a continuous linear function on C(X). Finally, It is showed that: this concept is invariant under topological conjugacy of relative dynamical systems
