1,3-oxazinium 4-olates are known as six-membered mesoionic ring systems
composing of nitrogen and oxygen atoms that undergo various 1,4-dipolar cyclo-cycloaddition
reactions, for example, with alkenes, ketones [1,2]. According to the classification by Ollis,
Stanforth, and Ramsden, these mesoionic compounds should be regarded as cross-conjugated
mesomeric betaines (CMB) who’s their structures have no conjugation between anionic and
cationic delocalized systems of the molecules [2]
