Abstract
|
A simple one-pot and effective method is pronounced for the synthesis of 7-hydroxy-6-phenyl-3-
(aryldiazenyl)pyrazolo[1,5-a]pyrimidine-2,5(1H,4H)-dione derivatives 3 via the 1,3- binucleophilic
reaction of (chlorocarbonyl)phenyl ketene 2 with 5-aminopyrazole-3-ones 1. This method proposals a
simple and suitable route to the synthesis of pyrazolo[1,5-a]pyrimidine derivatives 3 in good to
excellent yield in a short reaction times.
