Abstract

Here, cellulose/NiO was synthesized from wheat wastes and also chitosan/clay was fabricated based on shrimp wastes to have clay/chitosan@cellulose/NiO bio-nanocomposite. The electrocatalytic activity of clay/chitosan@cellulose/NiO catalyst was investigated for methanol electrooxidation through cyclic voltammetry and chronoamperometry techniques.
